Multi-thread Modular Cut

The cutting speed of Mesh -> Cut, Modular cut is significantly improved by multi-thread programming. The speed enhancement in Windows version is the best, followed by Mac OS 11 or 12, then Mac OS 10, lastly Linux Ubuntu.

In future, I will also bring Mac and Linux to the same level of speed improvement as Windows.

Download the latest LuBan and keep your old LuBan version to do a comparison. The speed difference is most obvious when you cut a file larger than 20MB.
