MeshSafe command line

MeshSafe command line interface is created. The program is called mscmd.exe. To use the program, input three strings as shown below. mscmd d:\dino.stl so29 d:\dino_sign.stl String 1: Input 3D model's file name and path. String 2: Signature to be signed on the input model.

String 3: Output signed 3D model's file name and path. Signature can be viewed in MeshSafe.exe, via "File -> Scan signature" function, which is a free feature.
